Restaurant theme By Walt Webb The PHO Vietnam Restaurant In keeping with the theme of the week I decided to write a short blurb on a very reasonable restaurant where I reside in the city of Brampton, Ontario, Canada. The PHO Vietnam is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant with very good food at a fair price. You won't be overwhelmed by the decore and you can't order liquor there as they have no license to do so. What you will get is some pretty fair food for your dollar. The average dish costs about $7.50 and is a fairly generous helping. If you order a couple of dishes and an appetizer, two can dine for under $25, taxes in. The place is not much to look at and seats about 40-50 people tops. If you like you can even watch the chef prepare the food as it is an open kitchen. The bottom line is there are very little trappings but the food is good, ressonable, and the place is clean. It has met Canada's tough standards for over ten years now.
